Terriers beat Blake 44-0

Last night, the Terriers’ had their first district game win of the season. It was coincidentally also the first game of the season that it didn’t rain or storm.

Within the first 10 minutes, Kaleb ‘KK’ Harden ran in a touchdown to put seven points on the board, marking his first touchdown of the season.

Minutes later, he scores again making the lead on Blake stronger with the score changing to 13-0, although, there was a chance to go for two that wasn’t successful.

By the end of the first half, the Terriers scored twice more, both times being brought in by Terence Doston, who altered the score to 27-0.

In the third quarter, two more touchdowns are made and the score changes to 41-0.

Fewer points were scored in the fourth quarter, but the Terriers still gained some more points with a field goal and beat Blake 44-0.

“It feels good [to win],” Harden said. “It was a must-win game, and we did just that”.

Along with this being their first district win this season, it also makes head coach Earl Garcia two wins closer to becoming the high school head coach with the most wins in Hillsborough County.
